Binnorie Dairy is located in the Hunter Valley’s vineyard district where cheesemaker Simon Gough produces a range of soft cheeses using milk sourced from local dairy farms. This delicate and creamy “Persian Style” cow’s milk feta is marinated in an Australian olive oil blend with fresh locally grown herbs including thyme, bay leaves and peppercorns. The cheese is the perfect addition to salads, grazing boards or pasta dishes.
